Let me help you!

Regardless of what I sell over the internet through any of my websites, Customer Service is my business.

I want to:

  • Identify my customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Be responsible, dependable and flexible to EXCEED my customer’s expectations.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a “can do” attitude.
  • Make each customer feel important (because they are).

In setting Customer Service as my top priority, I think that I demonstrate leadership and personal responsibility because I take ownership in my customer’s outcome, I take action in working toward customer’s expectation, I deliver what I promise, and I promise nothing I cannot deliver.

Do I make mistakes?  Yes.  But I try to learn from them and then do a better job.

The fact is that I provide many services and sell many products.  But these are not important.  I want to know who my customer is and what do they want.  I want to hear what my customer is saying.  I love someone’s  saying that if you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.

How do I perform customer service?  Listening.  I attempt to understand the experience, feelings, and thoughts of my customer.   It is not about agreeing or disagreeing.  It is about understanding, trying, thinking, considering, respecting, caring and doing.

If you are a customer of mine and you have a problem, help me help you.  Below is my steps in assisting you.  If you can think some of these through before we talk, you could save both of us some time and trouble.

My Customer Service Plan:

  1. Find out what the problem is.
  2. Find out what the customer wants me to do.
  3. Affirm my understanding about the problem to see if I can fill my customer’s request.
  4. Tell my customer what I can do.
  5. Agree on a plan, getting all of my customer’s information to fulfill my side of our agreement.

If you are a customer of mine, please consider doing business with me again.

If you are not a customer of mine, why not?  I have prepared a page for you to understand why doing business with me can either save you money or cost you nothing extra.

Thank you for your business.
